Rigid Board Prints

ACM

ACM is a composite of two sheets of aluminum sandwiching a polyethylene core, providing an extremely rigid yet lightweight material that excels in indoor or outdoor signage. It is non-corrosive, food safe, fully machinable, and weather resistant. There is a $50 minimum for this service.

Aluminum

Our Aluminum has a base of white paint on both sides with a baked enamel finish which provides a long lasting and durable printing surface. Once printed, we can route and drill your print to meet your needs.

Brushed Aluminum

Printing directly to brushed aluminum offers a modern aesthetic with a unique metallic sheen in highlights, durability through water and UV-resistant inks, and a professional look for graphics and signage. There is a $50 minimum order for this service.

Converd

ConVerd Board is an environmentally responsible paper-based rigid board. This rigid paper board is a fully recyclable alternative for structural signage in the wide format marketplace. 

ConVerd Board offers a bright white dimensionally stable and rigid surface for indoor and short-term outdoor point-of-purchase and signage applications. The product incorporates 10% post-consumer waste to achieve maximum sustainability without sacrificing the print quality or surface characteristics required for critical POP applications. It is moisture-resistant and maintains superior stability during typical changes in temperature and humidity that tend to affect other rigid medias.

Coroplast

Coroplast plastic boards are essentially plastic cardboard, and are made from three layers of thin, polypropylene plastic substrate. The product consists of a zig-zagged layer of plastic sandwiched between two smooth layers of plastic sheeting – also known as twin-wall plastic sheeting. Coroplast’s layered structure makes corrugated plastic incredibly lightweight and shock absorbent.

Falconboard

Falcon Board is a rigid graphic display board made from reusable, renewable and 100% recyclable honeycomb material consisting in SFI certified, natural kraft core with white clay-coated or natural linerboard facings. Produced with up to 20% chlorofluorocarbon-free recycled paper content, Enviroboard emits less than 1% volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These characteristics make it an excellent “green” alternative to traditional synthetic rigid substrates keeping the quality capabilities required for wide format digital printing. It is rigid and durable, and the go-to substrate when you want to say “green” to your audience.

Foamcore

Foam board is one of the most common presentation boards. It consists of three layers, an inner layer of fine celled polystyrene that is clad with white clay coated paper.

Gatorboard

Gator foam board is designed to be strong, durable, and ready for anything. This is achieved from its materials - polystyrene foam that is sandwiched between wood fiber veneer and melamine. As a result, gator boards are durable and unyielding.

MDO/Applewood

Sintra

Sintra is a somewhat flexible, plastic board. It is dent, cut, scrape and weather resistant, which means your sign or board can be used and appear attractive and polished over time and even when exposed to the elements. It’s durability makes it great for long-term or re-usable applications.

Styrene
